Golden Goose Return Policy: Packaging & Condition
To ensure fast approval and a smooth refund, please follow these packaging and condition requirements under the golden goose return policy.
- Try on sneakers indoors on a clean, soft surface; soles must be unmarked and uppers crease-free.
- No odors, stains, or residue (fragrance, smoke, cleaning products, etc.).
- Include all original contents: branded shoebox, dust bag(s), extra laces, care cards, and authenticity tags; tags must remain attached.
- Protect the shoebox: place it inside a separate outer carton. Do not tape, label, or ship using the shoebox alone; damaged packaging may reduce your refund.
- Place your Return Authorization (RA) number inside the parcel and write it on the outer shipping label where indicated. Remove or cover any old barcodes.
- Use the prepaid label provided and retain the drop‑off receipt and tracking number until your refund posts.
- Ship within the validity period stated in your RA email. If your label is lost or expired, contact support for a reissue before sending.
- For multiple pairs, secure each in its original box to prevent scuffing during transit.
- Accessories (care kits, laces) must be unused and sealed to qualify for return.
During inspection, items that show wear, missing components, or altered packaging may be declined or issued store credit instead of a refund. This helps us keep inventory authentic, pristine, and ready for the next customer.
